Our Organic Kitchen

We are proud to hold the Soil Association Organic Served Here Award. At nursery all our meals are made from scratch using at least 75% organic ingredients. We cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and dairy free.

A day at Domi Domingo could include, for breakfast, homemade granola served with yoghurt. For lunch, homemade seasonal soup followed by beef or vegetable casserole with homemade Yorkshire puddings. For tea, red pepper and tomato tarte tatin followed by healthy pudding such as banana bread.

We provide snacks throughout the day of fresh fruit, vegetables and houmous for example.

Our menus are seasonal to provide the best quality of ingredients, packing every meal full of fruit and vegetables.

Our kitchen proudly holds a 5* food hygiene rating. We try to locally source food where we can and ensuring it has minimal impact on the environment, for example, buying products with less or recyclable packaging , buying in bulk where we can.
