Organic Kitchen

The Domi Domingo Kitchen is a feast that celebrates healthy and delicious food every day!

Domi Domingo is an organic and vegan-friendly nursery, where all the meals are made from scratch in our kitchen. The food that the nursery offers is prepared using more than 75% organic ingredients because we know how important it is for the young ones to get all the vitamins and nutrition that children need so that they could grow up to be big and strong!

We try our best to source as much organic as possible,e.g. we use certified organic meat, milk, cheese, yogurt, carrots, potatoes, onions, broccoli, leek, courgettes,  mushrooms,  oats, buckwheat, couscous, rice, beans, quinoa, pasta, eggs, oils, butter, bread, apples, bananas, but unfortunately, it is not always possible to find the right ingredients. At the moment we cannot offer organic ingredients such as: 

Fruits: pears, clementines, varied berries, melon, watermelon, mangoes, kiwi, lemons;

Vegetables: sweet potatoes, leeks, cauliflower, avocados, tomatoes, cabbage, frozen sweetcorn, swede, parsnips;

Dairy: double cream, goats cheese;

Other: coconut milk, breadcrumbs, split peas, bulgur wheat, soya cream, olive spread.

Our non-organic products are used in moderation as our main focus is to make healthy meals and snacks that suit everyone’s needs and dietary requirements.

There is an increasing number of families that choose to live without meat, fish or dairy on their table. That is why with every meat, fish or dairy meal we also offer a vegan option.

The menu changes with the seasons. By doing so we ensure that the children always get vegetables, fruits, and berries, which are not only fresh but also in season.
